Great service fast shipping and all around great service would definitely recommend to friends and family.
The products were delayed for about 2 months... When I received the items I didn't need them anymore. I applied for refund and Alibaba gave the seller the reason, so I stood with a lot of thermos (with logo) and did not receive any refund. I wrote and send the only evidence I had (which it was my communication with the seller via chat) where the items would arrive on time and as I mentioned before, they arrived 2 months later... In addition, they provide evidence only in chinese (sorry, I do not speak or read any chinese). The information with the seller was not client oriented, they were just protecting their transaction and they did not care about my dead line. I made the full payment in January 17th and the items arrived almost 3 months later. Please not the time in the photos I am uploading and the conversation. I WOULDN'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER AT ALL.
